If you haven't already checked out Pzizz, you need to...right now. It's great for getting yourself to relax, unwind for naps, or just getting to sleep at night. I've been using it since my buddy Matt recommended it a while back.

The greatness of the product is second only to the customer service that I experienced from the company this weekend.

After using the Demo for more than a month I decided it was time to buy the full product. Since it's the holiday season, I figured it would make a thoughtful gift to the family (almost our whole family has trouble getting to sleep). On December 8th I ordered the boxed set - so I could have a physical BOX to wrap and put under the tree..

It's been a really hectic month and just I realized this weekend that I hadn't heard anything about the shipment. No email saying it was shipped, tracking number...nothing. Thinking that very odd, yesterday (Sunday, the 21st) I sent a quick note to "Customer Service" via their web-site. Just 2 hours later I got this (edited) response from the CEO of Brainwave Enterprises (the folks behind Pzizz), Edward Laing:

I am terribly sorry, but somehow your order was lost in our system and it hasn't been shipped.

By way of an apology...

He gave me two choices...both, pretty awesome to be honest, and then finished:

Wow....I was/am very impressed! I say this having in the past year been completely robbed by a Bank, and having numerous other "FAIL"s in the customer service department. So having a company quickly acknowledge and rectify a problem is such a big change of pace!

I WILL be following up on this story soon...once the product is in my hands. But until then...thank you Pzizz, you rock!
